Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is…. back!
As the Global Initiative celebrates its10 years anniversary of helping millions of people unleash their ideas to start and scale new businesses, we ambition to make this 6th edition in Myanmar the biggest and more inspiring week ever.In 2016, GEW Myanmar featured 60 events hosted by over 50 partnering organizations, in 20 cities throughout the country. GEW Myanmar represents the biggest annual celebration of entrepreneurship in the country every year.So join the celebration and get involved with GEW 2017:

The funding covers: some support  to hold your event

Application Process:

1. Host an event!
What counts as an event or activity? Just about anything. Startup pitch competitions. Entrepreneurship film festivals. Hackathons. Speaker series. Policy Roundtables. Research summit. Hands-on workshops. GEW events and activities span the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem.
If you are interested in celebrating and promoting entrepreneurship in Myanmar by organizing an event, register your event Here (the form is in English: let us know if you need assistance. Contact details are in the link)
Register your event by OCTOBER 15th, so we can help you with:
1) Advertising and promoting your event
2) Provide some support funding to hold your event
3) Logistics, venue, catering, and any other help you would need.
2. Sponsor and support GEW!
Interesting in co-branding? Willing to provide cash, in-kind and pro-bono support, or free venues for event hosts?
